Miele Canada
My journey with Miele began at Miele Australia, where I joined the team on a three-month contract as a Junior Marketing & CX Designer. That experience introduced me to the brand’s global standard of excellence and eventually led me to Miele Canada, where I stepped into the role of Marketing Automation & CRM Lead.
Since then, my role has evolved into Web Content & Marketing Automations Lead, where I drive CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, website content, and digital customer experiences. From campaign planning and customer journey development to content strategy and performance analysis. My focus is creating connected experiences that bring together data, creativity, and meaningful business results.
Miele Insider Days
Miele Insider Days was introduced as a new customer-exclusive sales event designed to reward subscribers with early access to special offers and promotions.
I played a key role in developing the campaign's visual identity, creating a flexible design system that could be applied across digital banners, CRM communications, and supporting marketing assets. The goal was to establish a distinctive look and feel that felt premium, memorable, and instantly recognizable while remaining adaptable for future iterations of the campaign.
Chez Miele
Chez Miele is Miele Canada's lifestyle and editorial content platform, created to inspire customers through recipes, entertaining ideas, design inspiration, and product education.
As the lead responsible for the platform, I oversee content planning, website management, and creative execution while collaborating with internal stakeholders, chefs, designers, photographers, influencers, and external partners. My role spans everything from content strategy and UX considerations to publishing, optimization, and ongoing platform development.
By expanding beyond traditional product-focused marketing, Chez Miele helps strengthen customer engagement and position Miele as a trusted source for inspiration in the home.
