During a 3-month contract with Miele Australia as a Junior Marketing and CX Designer, I was thrilled when the opportunity arose to apply for the Marketing Automation & CRM Lead role at Miele Canada.

My background in design and UX has been instrumental in shaping digital marketing strategies that increased click rates, reduced unsubscribes, and consistently boosted revenue. Leveraging my design skills, I also collaborated with both the Canadian and global marketing teams on various projects, including digital ads, commercials, branded web pages, as well as the opportunity to oversee the launch and manage the Miele Canada blog.
